My counseling focus includes relationship and self-esteem issues. Often at the center of many problems is relationship discord. Not only the relationships we have with other people but the one we have with ourselves.

I offer counseling & coaching services for Teen Girls who are struggling with low self-esteem. 

My goal is to strengthen a young woman's confidence and self-awareness and encourage her to be herself more fully.
