WHAT
Coaching is about getting people to use what they already have, discovering the root cause for issues and helping them move forward with enthusiasm. It's a creative and synergistic relationship that is very powerful and tailored to each individual’s needs.
HOW
The program consists of weekly telephone sessions, in which you are encouraged to be completely open and honest with yourself. Using various strategies, I will help you think, re-think and challenge your actions and thoughts in a constructive and supportive manner.
WHEN
Change almost always involves some level of fear or uncertainty as we learn new skills. So it's easy to understand why some of us resist change. COST
$300 per month and includes four 40 min coaching sessions per month, success workbook and unlimited e-mail support.
